§ 152.05 CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; INVALIDITY.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances, heretofore adopted, in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, to the extent that they are in conflict with this chapter, are hereby repealed. The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be separable, and the invalidity of any section or provision hereof shall not affect the validity of any other provision herein.
