§ 150.23 LIST OF CONTRACTORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS TO BE FILED WITH CITY CLERK.

Before work shall commence under any permit the holder thereof shall file with the City Clerk a written statement of all contractors and subcontractors connected with the work including the erection of the rig and the drilling of the well, and shall promptly notify said City Clerk of any change of contractor or subcontractor.
