(A) No person shall within the city consume intoxicating liquor while located on the sidewalks, streets, parking lots or other municipal or public property in the city or permit any open bottle, container, can or other utensil containing intoxicating liquor to be placed or located upon any sidewalk,street, municipal parking lot or other municipal or public property in the city.
(B) This section shall not apply to the consumption on the Farmer City fair grounds of beer sold by the holder of a beer license issued by the city authorizing the sale of beer on the Farmer City fair grounds.
