(A) (1) Parking shall be prohibited at the following locations:

(2) The provisions of this schedule prohibiting parking shall not apply to emergency vehicles, while the driver thereof is engaged in the performance of emergency duties, nor shall provisions apply to persons engaged in repairing or improving the street under the authority of the city or under the authority of the state. (3) Definition. For the purposes of this division (A), an EMERGENCY VEHICLE shall be described as a vehicle licensed to transport injured persons, used in the extinguishment of fires, operated by a governmental entity for the purpose of snow removal, and vehicles used in law enforcement duties.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park or permit any vehicle to remain at the following locations for more than the amount of time indicated.

(D) Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
