(A) The City Council has approved the proposed absolute maximum speed limits for the zone or zones of those streets described in this schedule and directs that signs giving notice thereof shall be erected in conformance with the standards and specifications contained in the Illinois Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Services for Streets and Highways.

*Any person violating this provision of this schedule shall be fined a minimum of $150 and no more than $500.
(B) Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
