The license fee shall be $100 per year for each licensee. In addition to the license fee, the city hauling service shall pay additional fees as contained in the contract with the city. All other licensee holders shall pay an additional fee to the city in an amount equal to $5 per container per year collected within the city. The license fee is due upon application for each license, and the additional fee is due upon the expiration of each license. The licensee must produce all necessary business records to substantiate the required additional fee. All licenses shall expire annually on April 30 of each year.
