The City Council shall hold one meeting each month on the first Monday in the months of January, February and December. Two meetings shall be held in the months of March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November. Such meetings shall be held at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 105 S. Main Street, Farmer City, Illinois, or such other location as the City Council by motion shall determine.
