§ 30.002 BOUNDARIES.

The city shall include all territory encompassed by its boundaries as of June 1, 1990, or as they are hereafter modified pursuant to law. The custodian of the city’s records shall keep an accurate, up-to-date description of the boundaries. The copies and descriptions shall be available for public inspection during regular office hours.
