The provisioned manufactured home placement permit expires 90 days after issuance and may automatically be extended 90 more days; provided there is demonstration of work in progress consistent and compliant with the application and provisional permit. The city may extend the time for action by the applicant beyond the 180 day maximum upon request by the applicant, showing that circumstances beyond their control have prevented action from occurring. No application shall be extended more than once. A final permit shall be issued to the applicant upon completion of the improvement described. A copy shall be kept by the City Clerk. Permit fees will be in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in City of Falmouth Ordinance 90.03.
