§ 95.03 BOND REQUIRED.
   (A)   All applicants for a permit as provided in § 95.01 shall, before a permit is granted, be required to post a bond with the City Clerk-Treasurer/Tax Collector in the amount of $500 for the performance of the conditions and requirements herein set out or as may be reasonably required by the City Council. The bond above required will be returned to the applicant within five days after inspection by the City Supervisor; however, the cost of repairing any damages done to the city electrical system or cost of removal of any debris left on the street shall be forfeited from the bond.
   (B)   The bond required in division (A) may be waived if the applicant can produce a liability insurance policy that would cover damages done to the city electrical system and costs of clearing debris as above mentioned.
