(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the occupation of trimming trees on any street, road, alley, or within 20 feet thereof without first obtaining a permit from the city as herein provided, and giving performance bond to the city as herein provided to cover the costs of damages to the city electrical system and of removing debris left on streets. (B) No person shall trim or cut down any tree located on property belonging to the city without first obtaining the written approval of the Tree Committee of the city. (Ord. 94.01, passed 8-8- 72)
