§ 52.03 CONTAINERS.

All persons must place their garbage in airtight, fly-tight, and waterproof containers. Unacceptable containers include drums, barrels, yard debris, and bags. All containers must have a capacity not to exceed 75 pounds for toters, and 50 pounds for regular cans. All containers must have handles to allow for proper handling.
