§ 52.99 PENALTY.

In addition to normal fees, any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $50 for each offense; and each day they fail or refuse to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
