§ 55.03 PICKUP AND DUMP GROUND RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The city shall, from time to time, establish by resolution such rules and regulations as shall be required governing the collection of garbage and operation of the solid waste disposal or dump site, including, but not limited to, rules and regulations with respect to depositing garbage at the dump site.
