§ 52.06 USER’S WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE AND PAYMENT.

   (A)   (1)   Each user’s or class of user’s wastewater treatment cost contributions as determined in §§ 52.04 and 52.05 shall be added together to determine such user’s annual wastewater service charge.

      (2)   Residential users may be considered to be one class of user and an equitable service charge may be determined for each other class of user based upon an estimate of the total wastewater contribution by this class of user.

      (3)   The city may classify industrial, commercial, and other non-residential establishments as a residential user, provided that the wastewater from these establishments are equivalent to the wastes from the average residential user with respect to volume, SS, and BOD.

   (B)   The city shall submit an annual statement to the user for the user’s annual wastewater service charge. The user’s annual wastewater service charge shall be divided in 12 monthly charges and billed with other services.
