PARKS
§ 90.01 TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
   The territorial jurisdiction of the city shall extend to and be exercised for all authorized purposes over all territory, including, but not limited to, parks within the corporate limits and over any public ground or park belonging to the city to the extent allowable by the laws of the state.

§ 90.02 AUTHORITY OF POLICE.
   The authority of the police employed by the city shall extend to and cover all property located within the territorial jurisdiction as described above and the ordinances of the city shall apply to all public grounds and parks contained within said territorial jurisdiction.

§ 90.03 FIRES IN PARKS.
   No person shall start any fire in any park except in those places provided therefor. Every person who starts or uses a fire shall completely extinguish the fire before leaving the park.

CEMETERY
§ 90.15 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   Ord. 124, and all amendments thereto, providing for the management and control of the Faith Cemetery, is hereby adopted by reference and all of the provisions thereof, including any amendatory provisions, are hereby given full force and effect. Said Ord. 124, and amendments thereto, shall be maintained in the original book of ordinances on file at the City Finance Office.
