(A) Snow route designation. The following streets and avenues are declared emergency snow routes: from the City Shop, turn north on Fourth Avenue West (past the PA’s house), turn east on Second Street and in front of the Fire and Ambulance Hall, go north on First Avenue West, then west on First Street (Highway 212) and then north on Second Avenue West to the Faith Clinic (also clean the parking lot in from and rear of Clinic). Go south on Second Avenue West from Second Street (past the Police Chiefs residence), turn east on Fourth Street past the Ambulance Director’s house, turn north on Second Avenue East, then east on Third Street to the south door of the Manor. All of Main Street, then go west on Fifth Street to Highway 73; then go south on Second Avenue West for one block. Clear all avenues that run north and south, alleys off the first two blocks of Main Street, and all remaining streets that run east and west. The Faith Airport will be plowed upon completion of the streets.

(B) No parking due to amount of snowfall. There will be no parking on the avenues or streets that run north and south when there is more than two inches of snowfall until the said routes have been cleared to the edges of the street. There will be no parking on the streets that run east and west when there is more than two inches of snowfall until the said routes have been cleared to the edges of the street.

(C) Fine. Any violation of this schedule shall be subject to the general penalty § 10.99 with each day of any violation constituting a separate offence. Additionally, the vehicle may be removed by the Police Department and towed to a designated storage area pursuant to § 72.03. The cost of such towing and any storage charges shall be paid by the owner of the vehicle in addition to the prescribed fine prior to the release of the vehicle.
