(a) No person, for the purpose of tuition-free attendance at a public school or for the purpose of obtaining any other public service, admission or benefit, or avoiding any public duty or obligation, shall knowingly give or assist in giving to any public officer or employee any false or incorrect name, address, family relationship or other false or incorrect information.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
