375.04 REGISTRATION PLATE OR DECAL LOST OR DESTROYED.

In the event a registration plate or decal is lost or destroyed the Chief of Police, if satisfied of such fact, shall issue a new registration plate or decal upon the application of the owner of the bicycle for which a fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be charged.
