373.16 SALE OF IMPOUNDED BICYCLES.

All impounded bicycles, if unclaimed after publication is made in a newspaper in Cuyahoga County, shall be sold at public auction or disposed of by the Police Chief on application to and order of the Court of Common Pleas pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2933.41.
