351.13  MOTOR CARRIERS.
   (a)   A motor carrier and its agents and employees shall not park any motor vehicle used in the business of such motor carrier on any street, except for a period of time not exceeding three minutes while actually discharging or taking on passengers, or for a period of time not exceeding ten minutes while engaging in receiving or discharging goods, wares or merchandise.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense;  on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
