307.12  STORAGE OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES; CHARGES.
   (a)   The facilities at 20777 Lorain Road are hereby authorized for the storage of vehicles that are in the temporary custody of the Police Department.
   (b)   The storage charge for each vehicle for the use of such facility is hereby established at ten dollars ($10.00) per day.  The monies received from the storage of vehicles is to be placed into the POPAS Fund.  (Ord.  99-17.  Passed 3-1-99.)
