No person shall, without lawful authority, park any vehicle upon private property, or permit a vehicle to remain upon a private parking lot longer than the time permitted by the owner of such private parking lot, or his lawful agent, when the time is indicated by clearly visible signs, except by permission of the owner of such parking lot or his lawful agent.
