The Fairview Park Youth Commission shall meet as necessary, at least once a month, for the purpose of hearing and determining cases referred to it by the Police Department consistent with rules and regulations of the Commission. It shall advise the Police Chief of any action regarding cases which it deems appropriate by majority vote of the members. The meetings of the Commission shall not be subject to the provisions of Chapter 110 nor shall the records of the Commission be subject to public disclosure.
