There is hereby created the position of Manager of Information Systems, who shall be appointed pursuant to the Charter, and who shall perform such duties as are directed by the Director of Finance, including, but not limited to, planning and direction of all computer functions within the City; planning for improvements and maintenance of the City computer and informational system.
