(a) The fees of this section provided to be paid into the City, pursuant to this Chapter or pursuant to any other grant of a Telecommunications Small Cell Wireless Facility or Wireless Support Structure by way of a telecommunication franchise authorized by Article XI of the City Charter, shall be placed into a special fund entitled, Telecommunications Wireless Facilities and Support Structures Trust Fund and shall be subject to disbursement, only by Ordinance or Resolution, by further action of Council.
(b) Any interest earned on the funds will remain in the Telecommunications Wireless Facilities and Support Structures Trust Fund, subject to disbursement by City Council.
