1359.05 FEES.

An application for a certificate of occupancy shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each dwelling unit covered by the application. Failure to apply for a certificate of occupancy where required by Section 1359.01 shall double the fee.
