1351.11  DWELLING UNIT.
   (a)    "Dwelling unit" means a group of rooms arranged, maintained or designed to be occupied by a single family and consists of a complete bathroom with toilet, lavatory and tub or shower facilities; kitchen facilities with approved cooking, refrigeration and sink facilities; and approved living and sleeping facilities; all of which are used exclusively by such family. The words "dwelling unit", "apartment" and "suite" shall be considered synonymous.
   (b)    "Bedroom" means any room within a dwelling unit, if such room has been specifically designed, constructed and intended primarily for sleeping purposes.
