(a) There is adopted for the purpose of establishing the minimum regulations governing for conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures; by providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use; and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use and the demolition of such structures as herein provided the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code. The Code shall be in full force and effect with insertions, deletions, and changes prescribed hereafter.
(b) Insertions to the International Property Code shall be as follows:

(1) Amendments: 111.1 currently reads in part: .... the right to appeal to the Board of Appeals should be amended to read: ... the right to appeal to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.
(2) The following Sections of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition need to be deleted due to conflict with our current code: 111.2, 111.2.1, 111.2.2, 111.2.4, 111.2.5, 111.3, and 111.4.
