1337.09 PERMIT.

(a) Fees shall be deposited with the Building Department prior to review by the City Engineer to cover professional approval of the City Engineer and/or other experts required by the City Council or Review Boards during the approval or construction process.

(b) No project subject to this regulation shall commence without a SWQM Plan approved by the City Engineer.
