1336.12 APPROVAL AND PERMIT.

(a) Funds shall be deposited with the Community prior to review by the Community and/or its consultant to cover professional services of the Community Engineer and/or other experts required by the Community Council or Review Boards.

(b) No project subject to this regulation shall commence without an SWP3 approved by the Community Engineer.
