“Portable Storage Units” means a transportable unit designed and used primarily for temporary storage of building materials, household goods, and other such materials for use on a limited temporary basis. This definition does not include dumpsters designed for the storage and removal of refuse. Such unit shall not be considered a temporary accessory storage building as defined in Chapter 1117.03.
