1317.08 ENGINEER TO ESTABLISH GRADE.

The City Engineer shall be charged with the duty and final determination of all natural and finished grade lines of all property, lots or lands located within the City, and shall also establish grade lines for all streets, sidewalks, boulevards, sanitary and storm sewers, and structures of every kind and description.
