1317.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purposes of this chapter certain terms are defined as follows:

   (a)    "Natural grade" means the elevation of the undisturbed natural surface of the ground.

   (b)   "Finished grade" means the elevation of the finished surface, in its slope in reference to the horizontal plane of the ground adjoining any structure, including rear yard grades.
