A base fee for any new work, alteration or repairs shall be as follows with the additional fees specified herein to be added as required:

(d) Drain, waste and vent pipe per 100 lineal feet or fraction thereof | 10.00 |
(e) Water heaters (base fee excluded for replacement) | 25.00 |
(f) Testable backflow | 40.00 |
(g) Misc. Plumbing (general repair) | 40.00 |
Plus: Each fixture or opening | 3.00 |
