(a) Floor area shall be calculated from outside dimensions and shall include basement finished area, each finished floor, attached garages, accessory buildings, breezeways, patios, porches, decks and any enclosed structure or portion thereof.
(b) The permit fee for residential/non residential construction includes new, alterations, remodeling, additions and repair.
(c) In addition to the fee required by this section, the necessary permit fees for sewer, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, etc., as may be required to complete the construction shall be added.
(d) The permit fee for all new construction for residential or nonresidential additions remodeling, alterations and repairs shall be:
