Every applicant for Certificate of Registration shall furnish evidence of insurance as approved by the Director of Law for bodily injury or death to persons in the amount of not less than the sum of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00), and in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($ l00,000.00) for property damage. The evidence of insurance shall name as an additional insured the City of Fairview Park and such insurance shall indemnify and save harmless the City against and from any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense on account of damage to property of the City or on account of injury or death of any of its employees, agents or representatives or of any third person. Certificates or memoranda of insurance shall be filed with the Building Commissioner evidencing that the insurance required by this section is in full force and effect.
