(a) Applicants for registration shall make application for registration on a form provided by the Building Commissioner.
(b) If the application is for a firm, partnership, corporation or other business association, the application shall contain the names and addresses of all members or officers, as the case may be. The application shall also contain such other relevant information as the commissioner deems necessary.
(c) All applicants for registration and renewals thereof shall be kept on file in the Division of Building.
