(a) Compliance with the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be obtained by:
(1) Building permit and zoning clearance.
(2) Certificate of occupancy upon completion.
(b) Enforcement of the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be obtained by:
(1) Inspection and order for removal of violations.
(2) Liability for failure to comply.
(3) An injunction or other appropriate legal remedy.
