923.06 FALSE APPLICATION STATEMENTS, PROHIBITED CONDUCT.

Any person making an application for the use of the Bain Park Cabin or the Dunson Community Room shall give true and accurate information and statements and failure to do so shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punished as in Section 923.99. Persons responsible for the contract must be present during the full contracted time.
