(a) Removal Credits. Where applicable, the Control Authority may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the Rocky River WWTP's ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.7.
(b) Net/Gross Calculations. The Control Authority may elect to adjust Categorical Pretreatment Standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the Discharger's intake water, in accordance with 40 CFR Part 403.15. (Ord. 12-38. Passed 11-19-12.)
