(a) Purpose. It is the purpose of this Chapter to provide for the payment of fees from Discharger's to the City's and/or Control Authority wastewater disposal system, to compensate the City and/or Control Authority for the cost of administration of the pretreatment program established herein.
(b) Charges and Fees. The City and/or Control Authority may adopt charges which may include the fee for the following:
(1) Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures.
(2) Fees for filing appeals.
(3) Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction.
