Every massage establishment shall maintain a register of all persons who engage in the practice of massage on the premises or who are employed at any time as masseurs or masseuses and their license numbers and the licensee shall provide same to the Director of Finance within three days of the date the individual is employed or commences work. Such register shall be available at the massage establishment to representatives of the City during regular business hours. (Ord. 86-45. Passed 10-6-86; Ord. 02-34. Passed 7-22-02.)
