All terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to the rules and regulations of the FCC and all applicable State and federal laws. If any provision of this Agreement is held by any court or federal or State agency of competent jurisdiction to be invalid as conflicting with any federal or State law, rule or regulation now or hereafter in effect, or if held by any such court or agency to be modified in any way in order to conform to the requirements of any such law, rule or regulation, said provision shall be considered a separate, distinct and independent part of this Agreement, and such holding shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions hereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any part of this Agreement is declared or found to be invalid by the FCC or any court or agency of competent jurisdiction, such part may, at the option of either party, be renegotiated.
