Within ninety days after the first anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement and each year thereafter throughout the term of this Agreement, the Mayor or his delegate may meet with the Company to review the performance and quality of service provided by the Company under this Agreement. Should the Mayor or his delegate wish to meet with the Company to review the performance and quality of service being provided by the Company, the Mayor or his delegate shall provide the Company thirty days notice and an agenda of the topics to be discussed at such meeting. Within thirty days after the conclusion of any such performance review, the City may issue a report with respect to the adequacy of the system performance and the quality of service. If any inadequacy is found, the City may direct the Company to correct the inadequacy within a reasonable period of time, giving consideration to relevant legal, technical and economic factors.
