In consideration of the faithful performance and observance of the provisions, conditions and reservations hereinafter specified, a nonexclusive right and franchise is hereby granted to Cox Cable Cleveland Area, Inc., a corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Ohio under the laws of the State of Ohio, its successors or assigns (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") to erect, maintain, operate and utilize television transmission and distribution facilities and additions thereto in, under, above, along, across, and upon the streets, lanes, avenues, sidewalks, alleys, easements and other public places in the City and subsequent additions thereto, for the purpose of transmission and distribution of audio and visual impulses and television energy in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States of America and the State of Ohio, and the ordinances and regulations of the City for an additional period of fifteen years throughout the City, said additional period to commence at termination of original franchise.
