The Building Commissioner or his representative, prior to the issuance of a mechanical or electrically operated amusement device license, shall inspect all wiring and connections to the mechanical or electrically operated amusement device to determine if the same complies with the City Electrical Code. A license shall not be issued until any violation found has been corrected. (Ord. 81-65. Passed 6-29-81.)
