708.03 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.

Applications for license for rental dwelling units shall be obtained from the Office of the Building Commissioner. The application shall be filed by June 15 of each year for the following year. The fee due shall be submitted with the Application for License. Any Rental Dwelling Units added in a building must be licensed within thirty (30) days of the rental of the added rental dwelling unit.
