557.09 POSTING OF ENFORCEMENT SIGNS.

Except where a person is acting in good faith to comply with an abatement order issued pursuant to this chapter, violation of any provision of this chapter shall be cause for a notice of violation to be issued by any City law enforcement officer or the Police Chief.

The Director of Public Service and Development shall cause signs to be erected at all entrances to the City, which shall give notice of the enforcement of this chapter.
