543.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter where another penalty is not otherwise provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (See Section 501.99 for penalties applicable to any misdemeanor classification.)

(b) Whoever violates Section 543.01 or 543.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
